Logo Digitising & Setup Fee

If this is your first embroidered workwear order with us, a one-off logo digitising and setup fee is required.

This covers converting your logo into a specialist embroidery file and preparing it to stitch correctly at your chosen size.

Please note:

• This fee is charged once per new logo and logo size, not per garment.

• You do not need to pay the fee again when reordering the same logo at the same size.

• If you require your existing logo to be made larger or smaller, a new setup fee will apply, as a new embroidery file must be created.

• Please add one setup fee for each different logo or logo size required.

• We may contact you if your logo needs simplifying or adjusting for embroidery.

• This fee is non-refundable once the digitising process has begun.

Please upload the clearest, highest-quality version of your logo available and include the approximate size you would like it embroidered.
