How long will my order take?

Our turnaround time is 14 working days but we aim for this to be quicker if possible. Hand embroidery is a turn around of up to 21 working days.

What if I need my order urgently?

Please message us before ordering. If we have space, we may be able to offer a rush order.

Can I collect my order?

Yes. We offer local collection in Leeds at checkout. You'll receive a message when your order is ready to collect.

Do you post orders?

Yes. We offer postage across the UK. Postage options are shown at checkout.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept card payments and PayPal through secure links on our website, or if you're looking for split payments Klarna is available.

Can I return personalised items?

Personalised orders are non-returnable unless the item is faulty or we've made an error. Please check all spellings carefully when ordering. All faults must be reported to us within 48 hours of receiving your item.

Do you take custom requests?

Yes, we love custom requests. If you have your own idea or designs for items we already provide, or a new product. Send us a message and we'll let you know what's possible.

Can I see a preview of my design before you make it?

Yes, we can send a preview on request. Please just get in touch if you require a preview. For logo embroidery, you will see a digital mock-up after digitising.

How do I order workwear?

To order embroidered workwear, simply fill out our Contact Form above. Add the items you'd like, preferred sizes and your logo/wording. Once we receive your form, we'll get back to you via email with prices, options and the next steps.

We're also working on a full Workwear collection with bundles, colour options and ready-to-order sets that will be available directly on the website soon.

Do I need to pay a digitising fee for embroidery?

Only when ordering Workwear, a one-off digitising fee applies to new embroidery logos. Once it's paid, we keep your file on record so you won't be charged again for future orders.

What items can be personalised?

Pretty much everything we offer can be personalised with a design or with text.

Refund/Exchanges

Please ensure that all wording and spelling is correct when submitting your order as this cannot be changed once your order is completed. We take no responsibility for any mistake's made on your order forms. and no order will be refunded if spelt wrong.

We do not refund or exchanged personalised items.

if you have an issue with your orders this must be reported in 48 hours of you receiving your item. Please email us at thelabelmaker21@gmail.com with your order number, name , description of the issue and then photo proof of damage/Defected item.
