Refund policy

Please check all names, wording, sizes and personalisation details carefully before placing your order. Once production has started, these details cannot usually be changed.

As personalised products are made especially for you, we cannot accept cancellations, returns or exchanges due to a change of mind.

This does not affect your statutory rights. If your order arrives faulty, damaged or different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible at thelabelmaker21@gmail.com. Include your order number, a description of the problem and clear photographs so we can help resolve it.

For non-personalised products, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order if you would like to request a return. Items must be unused and returned in their original condition.
