We only accept returns for items that are damaged or defected. 

Please ensure that all wording and spelling is correct when submitting your order as this cannot be changed once your order is completed. We take no responsibility for any mistake's made on your order forms. and no order will be refunded if spelt wrong.

We do not refund or exchanged personalised items that are spelt wrong.

if you have an issue(Damaged/Defected) with your orders this must be reported in 48 hours of you receiving your item. Please email us at thelabelmaker21@gmail.com with your order number, name , description of the issue and then photo proof of damage/Defected item.
