Turnaround Time

All personalised products are made to order. Our current turnaround time is up to 14 working days before dispatch. Working days do not include weekends or bank holidays.

Most orders are completed sooner, but please contact us before ordering if you need something by a particular date. We will let you know whether we can accommodate your request.

UK Delivery

Orders are sent using Royal Mail Tracked 24. This service applies after your order has been made and dispatched—it does not mean your order will arrive the day after it is placed.

You will receive tracking information once your order has been dispatched. Royal Mail delivery times are estimates and occasional delays may occur outside our control.

Local Collection

Free local collection is available from LS15, Leeds. Select the collection option at checkout if you would prefer to collect your order.

We will contact you when your order is ready and provide the collection details. Please wait until you have received confirmation before travelling to collect.

Delivery Details

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address when ordering. Please contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has been dispatched.

If tracking shows that your parcel has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please check with other members of your household, neighbours and any nominated safe place before contacting us.
